I had been looking for a car since 10/2010. When i got to spizer in april 2011 I was at my wits end. I was done with cliches of "come on in and test drive" or "lets see what we can get you" it was the SAME E spizer in april 2011 I was at my wits end. I was done with cliches of "come on in and test drive" or "lets see what we can get you" it was the SAME EXACT story at every dealer (some were worse) then I spoke to Guy. He told me to come in he would wait (which I had heard before but was willing to give it a try) when I got there Guy was honest and straight forward. he made the process very simple in the financing and purchase. Let me tell you Guy made the process so easy I still did not get excited about the car until I pulled into the my drive way. Guy is a person who car sales men should look at. He is the average joe like you and me. He has everyday problems and lives like the rest of us. he did not tell me wht I wanted or try to get me in an ugly car. i will say that when I asked guy what else can I look at he was honest there and showed me the dodge caliber. He was nice in the presentation but he knew I was not interested so he did not stay on it too long. If I could give Guy a 10 I would honestly has been one of the best sales men (not just car sales) I have ever had to deal with More

I do not like pushy salesman. I like salesman to be friendly and to treat me with respect. Rob was friendly and extremely helpful in helping me to find what I wanted.
