Logan South was great! Very pleasant and he even brought my car to the front for me. I used to hate taking my car to Spitzer bc it took forever to get an appointment and th Very pleasant and he even brought my car to the front for me. I used to hate taking my car to Spitzer bc it took forever to get an appointment and then they would keep my car forever!! I was seriously thinking about going elsewhere in the future. However, they have improved on so many things and made things so much easier for customers that it's actually a pleasant experience taking my car there now. Thank you for all the improvements Spitzer! Well done! More

I went in to look at a new Ram for lease. I walked in and was helped by Austin. He found the truck I wanted to see and pulled it up. Not knowing it was the exact truck that I have been lookin I walked in and was helped by Austin. He found the truck I wanted to see and pulled it up. Not knowing it was the exact truck that I have been looking for. We test drove it and came back to start discussing the numbers. After 2 1/2 hours, we finally came to a number we agreed on. He went to talk to his manager, but it was late, and they were about to close. So he told me they would have to call the credit union first thing in the morning and would call me after they figured it all out. He told me I would be coming back the next day to pick up my new truck. I left under the impression that it was a done deal and would be coming in to get the truck. The next day came, and I never heard anything. I decided to call when I got off of work, and Austin told me the manager was out sick, but he would call me the following day. I waited another day and didn't hear back from him. So I called again. This time Austin was busy with another customer. I asked for him to call me back but he never did. So I called again and finally got an answer. He went back on what we originally discussed a few days prior, and gave me no explanation. The lack of communication was very unprofessional. More
