Have new Dodge SUV went in for service had a remote issue with key after they checked it out first was told nothing wrong. Then the remote got decoded when somebody tried to steal the car can’t be fixed. I h with key after they checked it out first was told nothing wrong. Then the remote got decoded when somebody tried to steal the car can’t be fixed. I have to pay for it. Insurance or cash. Told them should be under warranty. He said no I cannot explain to Chrysler what’s wrong? You’ll have to pay don’t make any sense. Took car to a different Dealer had that remote fixed with Battery issue in two minutes I just can’t trust Spitzer. More

I had my 4th oil change at Spitzer brookpark, Paul Fay greeted me and let me know that he was on his own at the service desk, in saying that he couldn’t of been more efficient at what his job is. Where to begin. First let's start off with an appt to have my front end checked out. That lasted a total of 3 hours and the service department wanted to upsell me First let's start off with an appt to have my front end checked out. That lasted a total of 3 hours and the service department wanted to upsell me so much over what I initially came in for. After asking about just the parts I wanted/needed a new appt was made to have the work done. I called the service department to ask how long the work would take, just got a voice mail, left it and never got a call back. (okay??) Day of the service, I arrive early ask if the work can be done by a certain time and was told they would try. 3 hours into the service, I was called to say they had ordered or received the wrong part and that I would need to bring the vehicle back the next day. I took off of work for this initial service and now it's my problem to get my vehicle back in. *I would need a vehicle to use if they could do that since this wasn't my mess up. I left with my vehicle in a worse condition than I brought it in. I tried calling back twice and never got a return call. I finally drive in and speak in person and was told that there's really nothing they could do for me, maybe they would see if they could do something about the total bill. All these red flags gave me zero confidence that this place would do a decent job on my vehicle. The fact that I couldn't get a call back after 3 calls was irritating. More
