The staff is friendly and really tries to help. However, my view of the company has changed. They hired a third party to install my remote start. I'm having issues of inferior quality with the FOB. They gave a number to call. My calls were never returned. And now it's MY responsibility to pay $100 for a new one with a different company they referred me??? This isn't right. Would not go back there. I could've used a third party I knew and trusted, but I trusted Kia to use a reputable company. More
