I took time off of work to get your tires and it turns out they double booked and didn’t call me until I was already on my way. This isn’t the first time this has happened and the guy who called me wasn’t out they double booked and didn’t call me until I was already on my way. He had excellent service then it’s really went downhill since she’s no longer there. More

Very poor customer service. Waited 3+ weeks to get a warranty approval which resulted in work not being done when originally scheduled. Sad thing is, I'm looking to buy another new one and would like to buy local but this experience soured me on Spitzer Motors. More
