I purchased a new 2008 Scion XD from this dealer which included free car wash for the length of the original owner. I came prepared with my finances and was already pre-approved from Toyota Financial Ser included free car wash for the length of the original owner. I came prepared with my finances and was already pre-approved from Toyota Financial Services, so there wasn't a need to run my credit through again. I spend 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to just come back and say I was approved already. My interest rate was the market standard and so there was absolutely no reason to run it 8 times, consequently lowering my credit score even more. I WONDER WHY? Secondly, they told me that Toyota insisted that every consumer must buy into this anti-theft window embedded stretch that cost me over $300. Later, I found out that this type of security was offered in the 80's and it was a rip off . Lastly, I took my car in for a recall item, my one tire was low in air pressure. They wanted to fix the slow leak for $22.00, I said no that's Okay. When I received my car from service they couldn't or wouldn't put air in the tire. And needless to say, I never received a Free Car Wash from them no matter how many times I stopped by to get one, because theirs so call Car Wash was out of service. More
Jamie was a great salesperson. He did not pressure you into buying just gave us the facts and left it up to us to ponder and decide if we wanted to buy. Naturally we bought off of him. Jamie was my salesman and he made the experience very painless. He gave information about the car without being pushy as other dealerships had been. He gave information about his own Rav-4. The price g painless. He gave information about the car without being pushy as other dealerships had been. He gave information about his own Rav-4. The price given on my trade-in was very reasonable - again much better than other dealerships. Although I have not yet taken my Rav-4 in for maintenance, I look forward to dealing with Spitzer. More
i boaught a 2009 hyundai fromt hsi dealer. the sale process was smooth, and kelly was very nice. 2 day after the buy it was raining heavily and then i found out a dent with peeled color. the body be process was smooth, and kelly was very nice. 2 day after the buy it was raining heavily and then i found out a dent with peeled color. the body beneath the dent was full of rust, implicating this was not a new thing and that dent was there for a long time. the reason i didn't saw it when buying the car, is that it was covered witha lot of color, probably to hide it. went back to the dealer, and got the answer from kelly, that there is not much that they can do, but to put some touch up paint on it. obviouesly doing that, it does not look the same. very disapointing. Bought a used 2005 Dodge Ram truck from this dealer. Vehicle came with a standard 30 day warranty. 5 days into owning the truck the water pump failed and stranded me 90 miles from the dealership. Cont Vehicle came with a standard 30 day warranty. 5 days into owning the truck the water pump failed and stranded me 90 miles from the dealership. Contacted the service manager who told me to send him the receipt for the repair and they would honor the warranty...a mere $221.00 which was done by an authorized cummins service garage. Receipt was scanned and emailed to the service manager. Several follow up phone calls and emails....none of which were ever returned or answered. Was a great buying experience with the sales department but once that experienced was ruined by the service within a week of the sale. More
It has been at least 3 years since I bought my car at Spitzer. I found my RAV 4 on line and got a quote from the webmaster. When I went to look at the vehicle, the salesman was very nice and not pushy Spitzer. I found my RAV 4 on line and got a quote from the webmaster. When I went to look at the vehicle, the salesman was very nice and not pushy like they are at Greensburg. When I told him the price I was quoted, he was skeptical and said the webmaster was on vacation. Luckily, I had printed out the quote and he ran it by the manager. I was able to trade my old RAV and drove away with my new/used vehicle. The service there is a bit pricey, but over all, it is a nice place to buy a car. More

I desperately needed the car and did not remember that a key could be extracted from the fob to manually open the driver side door. When I telephoned Spitzer Toyota, Bob and Don? came to visit and fixed the problem personally. This was an unexpected delight, as I had many errands to run before December 31st for a party I was hosting. More
