My wife's 2005 Toyota Highlander was due for state inspection and an oil change. In Dec 2011 I scheduled her car for service. Although the necessary parts were not in stock, they arranged for a loaner car until her vehicle was repaired. All the necessary repairs were made under warranty and there was no cost for the repairs. The service manager and all employees were very courteous and we were pleased with the entire experience. Even though we did have some minor problems with her Highlander we are very satisfied with the overall performance of the vehicle and would consider purchasing another vehicle from Spitzer Toyota.
