I just had my 2017 Prius 3 serviced at 20000 miles. The oil change, filter, tire rotation & vehicle inspection took only 1 hour. The service writer was efficient & friendly & pricing was great. During COVID until now I had a good reputation shop change the oil, filter & do the tire rotation 2 times, but I'll be returning to Spitzer once again for servicing from now on. I have had both of my cars serviced at Spitzer for a couple years now. I have been particularly impressed by my interactions with Charles Carter, who has done a nice job of making sure the work got don couple years now. I JUST WANT TO THANK CHARLES CARTER FOR GETTING MY CAR BACK TO ME IN RECORD TIME. HE WAS WONDERFUL. MY HYBRID BATTERY DIED ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK. I HAD MY CAR TOWED TO THE SERVICE DEPT AND HAD IT BACK BACK TO ME IN RECORD TIME. HE WAS WONDERFUL. MY HYBRID BATTERY DIED ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK.
