First time Toyota buyer, First time Spitzer buyer I just went through the buying experience for the first time at Spitzer Toyota. Additionally, this purchase was my first Toyota. Our sales agent was Doug Klenoshek (our finance manager was Kyle Hembree). Doug did a very good job of balancing professionalism and trust building. The process of purchasing a car can be frustrating (and most often - daunting). Doug maintained a good balance of selling and educating. It really eased the process for my family. I would certainly recommend Doug and Spitzer to any person in the market for a vehicle. More
