Purchased first and only new car from dealership. Wrote to dealer requesting some resolution and dealer never contacted us directly (Toyota USA but not dealership). After last visit, mileage was incorrect to dealer requesting some resolution and dealer never contacted us directly (Toyota USA but not dealership). After last visit, mileage was incorrectly reported on write up, contacted dealership to request corrected invoice...never received invoice. Service department is not service oriented. Dealership did not make good on promise to make things right. More

I purchased a used camry from spitzer and was treated with the same professionalism as if it was a new vehichle, from salesman . When a problem did arise it was taken care of as soon as it could by the s with the same professionalism as if it was a new vehichle, from salesman . When a problem did arise it was taken care of as soon as it could by the service department. I have personally recomended the dealership to my neigbor who purchased a yaris and my brother just purchased a Prius. In the future when ready to make a purchase i will return to this dealership.
