Amazing Experience I went to Spitzer Volkswagen to purchase a car that I had found on Cars.com, but when I arrived at the dealership, the car that I originally had wante I went to Spitzer Volkswagen to purchase a car that I had found on Cars.com, but when I arrived at the dealership, the car that I originally had wanted to purchase was already taken (literally hours before I arrived). Zach Wallace helped me find a better car than the one that I originally wanted, and helped make my car purchasing experience easy and awesome. I worked with Zach, Igor, and their finance manager Bryan. All of the employees, including General Manager Todd were extremely pleasant, helpful, and a delight to work with. First VW Purchase I wasn't really in the market to buy a car however, I was getting concerned driving through hazardous conditions...not the best driving experience. M I wasn't really in the market to buy a car however, I was getting concerned driving through hazardous conditions...not the best driving experience. My husband wanted to look at a certain certified Passat. I wasn't 100% sold but Zac worked with us to even put it up on a lift so we could check it out all over and underneath. Todd said he had something better and had another car come on in for us to look at it. My husband was skeptical because a newer car meant bigger price tag. Fast forward after test driving both cars, I fell in love with it. It had super low miles, safety and luxury features that I wasn't expecting. They gave me an excellent car with an excellent price tag and gave me an excellent amount for my trade with little negative equity rolling over. We weren't the easiest to work with but Zac continued to give us the best customer service possible. I am very appreciative of Zac, Todd, and Bryan at Spitzer Volkswagen! Thank you!!! More
