I had planned to go t I highly recommend this dealership!! I went to this dealership only to look at a Volkswagen, maybe test drive one I saw online. I had planned to go to another dealership, to look at another car (subaru) with more options. I was so impressed by the salesperson's knowledge, professionalism, and down to earth personalities that I decided to take this VW Sportwagen for a test drive! The salesmen brought the car (certified pre-owned) into the garage and went over the car with me, bumper to bumper. I have shopped for many cars, I have bought new and used. I did not ever plan on purchasing a Volkswagen until I went to Spitzer VW in Amherst. The Salesman, Todd Meek treated me so well, and was able to inform me of all the vw's features! I never once felt pressured in this important decision. I was treated very well, all the way thru the financing process. I felt good from the moment I walked in the door! I've been to a lot of dealerships, some creep me out, not Spitzer in Amherst, OH! This is the kind of service any customer wants when purchasing a car, new or used. I have owned my pre-owned certified 2011 VW Sportwagen 2.5S for just over 2 years, I will be rolling 145,000 miles this weekend and I love it just the same as day one! When the time is right, I will be going to only ONE dealership for my next vehicle purchase, Spitzer VW!! I will be purchasing another VW from Todd Meek!! Sean Muc-A great sales person to deal with I worked with Sean since the end of October 2016 on the remaining inventory of 2015 TDI's to have first option to purchase 2 of them. He is very professional and courteous and one of the most well educated car sales person I have ever met. Sean kept me informed at least monthly until VW recently released the TDI's for sale. He also sent me a hand written thank you letter and a holiday card. Unfortunately the offer from Volkswagen was not discounted as much is I was willing to pay and Sean refunded my two TDI holding down payments. It was a pleasure working with Sean and I would highly recommend him. THANKS SEAN! More
