I have been lucky enough to have had connections in the car business for a long time and have received excellent service. But I have never received the level of service and respect that I received at this car business for a long time and have received excellent service. But I have never received the level of service and respect that I received at this dealership. From the Owner to the Finance Manager to the Salesman everything was great! I will refer anyone and everyone I know to this dealer for new or used automobiles! I have not experienced better service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience or price from any dealer that I have purchased an automobile from. High 5 to all at Spitzer Amherst! More

We traveled from Celina Ohio to this dealer. We found the auto we wanted on the internet and Stella impressed me by responding to my questions via a phone call at night! Bought the car in September, now it is the end of December, still waiting for the floor mats, promised by Chris. Received no "Thank you" notes from the dealer ship.
