On June 10, my wife & I had car problems. Our 2017 VW Jetta was towed to Spitzer for repairs. On Monday, Kyle called telling me the throttle control was bad with at least a 2 day wait. He Our 2017 VW Jetta was towed to Spitzer for repairs. On Monday, Kyle called telling me the throttle control was bad with at least a 2 day wait. He went out of his way to find us the part locally. Then, he noticed some recalls needing to be completed. Car was back on the road heading to our VA home in great time. Our experience with the repair shop is most appreciated for speed & quality! Took my 2007 Volkswagen rabbit in to get repaired ask for front brakes back brakes and rotors was charged $900 only thing that was done was front brakes. Worst I ever seen in my life they will not respond to front brakes back brakes and rotors was charged $900 only thing that was done was front brakes. Worst I ever seen in my life they will not respond to anybody's phone calls the manager at service department tries to convince you that everything was done had to go to other mechanic still the same rotors and back brakes and I even supplied the front brakes. Purchased a brand new VW Passat at Spitzer Amherst in 2014, so glad I did. Spitzer is the only place I ever have maintenance service done on the car and it’s worth it, the car is still in great shape and 2014, so glad I did.
