Just had the rudest experience ever with this organization. Called the Voltzwagon dealership and got Dave in service, I asked Dave if he could help me with having when my next oil change was due. organization. Dave proceeds to ask my name, and car details, he said the last oil change was in December and when I asked when my next one was due, he says, “well when do Mitsubishi get oil changes we are a Voltzwagon dealership.” That to me was very snarky and down right rude. I said I wasn’t sure and since the Mitsubishi dealership had shut down, I was told to come to this location for service. After a little more belittling comments from Dave, I just told him that I was sorry I bothered him and hung up My experiences have always been top of the line with Spitzer until today, maybe it is time to find a Mitsubishi dealership that can respectfully answer my questions. More
