motor replacement a long way from home I've dealt with a lot of auto dealer service centers over the years and my experience with Spokane Hyundai was hands down the best I've ever had. My daughter was 8 hours from home when her engine failed. We had it towed to Spokane because it was the closest dealer and I'm glad we did. Alex in the service department was on top of all the recall/warranty information and always stayed in touch and kept me updated with the progress. He worked with my daughter to promptly get her in a rental car and made sure she was able to keep it until the repairs were completed. This is our first Hyundai we've ever owned and won't be the last mostly because they stand behind their automobiles and do seem to care about he people that are sitting in the seats. More

Since I was close to the shop they came out but he was unable to get it to work either so I called a tow company and they towed it back to the shop. They had to order the part. Since it was a 3 day holiday it took a little time but the problem was resolved and I was very satisfied. Thanks More
