Warranty Service Brought my Santa Fe in to have it checked for a possible oil casket leak. I also asked about the need of a fuel injection cleaning since it been about Brought my Santa Fe in to have it checked for a possible oil casket leak. I also asked about the need of a fuel injection cleaning since it been about 35K miles since the last one by another dealer. No leak was found, oil was changed, & the injection system was cleaned (for less money than the last dealer). Alex was able discount my oil change & had me out the door within a couple of hours. Been going to Spokane Hyundai for almost a year & as usual, Alex & the service team was great. Alex has earned my trust & confidence. More

Brought it in for a recall service Alex did an outstanding job and was very prompt about everything. However, when I picked my car, my personal items that I had in my car were moved ar Alex did an outstanding job and was very prompt about everything. However, when I picked my car, my personal items that I had in my car were moved around and left where they shouldn’t be and at first I thought some things were missing, but after searching through my car, I found everything. I understand that they had to be moved and unplugged to do the service, but there needs to be a better effort to return that vehicle how it was received. So, despite the excellent service, that did not sit well with me, so that’s why I’m giving a 4. More
