This was the best experience ever. You are my hero!! I was hesitant in coming back because of last experience. I needed an oil change & I needed my new brakes (which I got there less than a year ago & wa I was hesitant in coming back because of last experience. I needed an oil change & I needed my new brakes (which I got there less than a year ago & wasn't happy) checked out again. Upon calling, I discovered new owners & delighted to hear that. I made appointment, went in. Not only did I get an oil change, I got new tires, which was brought to my attention my current tires were bulging. Plus they checked my brakes & their was an issue with the rotors. My breaks we're fixed. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of me. The service department was awesome. Thank you guys. You absolutely ROCK!!!! More

Big repair? No problem! I had started hearing a funky noise coming from the lower end of my engine bay a few months ago so naturally, I visited Spokane Hyundai to see if they I had started hearing a funky noise coming from the lower end of my engine bay a few months ago so naturally, I visited Spokane Hyundai to see if they could help diagnose the issue for me. We had the chance to work with Jordan Martinez throughout this process and we couldn't have asked for a better service advisor. Not only did Jordan go above and beyond by helping us get the service we needed, he stayed in contact with us and actively updated us on the service status, as well as got us set up in a rental AND loaner vehicle while our warranty repair was being performed. I really couldn't have been treated any better than the way Jordan treated us. He secured the OK for the warranty repair within 2 business days of receiving the diagnosis and got all the parts and labor lined up in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone I know. More
