Robert, and the other staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with, are the reason I keep bringing my car back to Spokane Hyundai for service. As usual, vehicle service time was shorter than they quoted me, always a plus. Robert took care of me as if I've been a long time friend or family member. Robert either believes in Hyundai, really loves his job, or gets paid gobs of cash to put on a good show, or maybe all 3 are true. In all honesty, it doesn't matter because the service is awesome at reasonable prices and the service department doesn't sell me services I don't need. I trust these people with my Hyundai and you should too. More

Robert is "THE MAN" !! We received a "Recall notice" , and since we bought our Hyundai Tucson here...we were hopeful we could find out what this entailed. We live 100 miles away, and Robert Storseth put our minds at ease, as he said "Bring it up here, and I will get the part ordered, before you come, and we will get this taken care of !!" With his BRIGHT smile , and GREAT knowledge of the "recall"~~~ We were "in & out" in alittle over an hour. He is a true asset to Spokane Hyundai, and we appreciate everything he did for us. More

Always a good Service experience on my Santa Fe. Very friendly staff. They get the repairs done as quickly as possible and I know it’s done right. Only down side is one little thing,,,, they used Very friendly staff. They get the repairs done as quickly as possible and I know it’s done right. Only down side is one little thing,,,, they used to wash your car after working in it and I think they must have stopped that little perk. I had $577.00 worth of repairs done and no car wash 😳. I was little disappointed but still recommend them highly. More
