The Sonata was towed to your Dealership, Servive Advisor (Alex Kern) was very personable and treated me with utmost respect. Initially we were concerned that the car would need to be left at your Dealership for an extended period of time, however once diagnosed it was fixed within a few hours. I was driven home and picked up again the same afternoon. Can't say enough about the wonderful service this Dealership displayed. The cost of the work also impressed me as being very reasonable. Robert has made an impression. It's always the friendly service that makes you want to come back. He always looked out for my best interests too. When I had to get a couple of services for my car, he helped me with discounts as much as possible. They don't try to rip you off. I've also dealt with Ford in Kirkland and they never offered discounts or specials (after the fact that I purchased 3 cars from them too). Thank you Robert. I'll miss you! More

Cost for same service on 12/15/2016 (less than 2 years ago) was $51 for 1 strut (I had both struts replaced at that time, so my total cost for parts was $102) and $50 for labor (replacing 2 struts). Cost for this service was $83.11 for 1 strut (63% increase) and $59.98 for labor (20% increase). I had a 15% off coupon for this visit, so my total cost to replace 1 strut was $136.76. On 12/15/2016, my total cost to replace 1 strut (no discount) was $101. Even with my discount this visit, my cost increase was 35% in less than 2 years. The cost increase was the only reason I rated this service a 4-star rather than a 5-star. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, prices for motor vehicle parts and equipment were 0.22% lower in 2018 versus 2016 (a $0.11 difference in value for a part costing $51 in 2016).
