Conventional wisdom dictates that dealership service departments are overpriced and prone to upselling. I have never found that tho be the case at Spokane Hyundai. I have always been completely satisfied with their excellent service. And employees like Robert Storseth are one of the big reasons that I keep returning. Honest and capable are are the strengths that I look for in servicing my car, and Spokane Hyundai fulfills both of those qualifications admirably. More

Broke down in Spokane We were on a trip going through Spokane when we stopped for an oil change. A lot of sensors had been triggered and could have lead to some serious iss We were on a trip going through Spokane when we stopped for an oil change. A lot of sensors had been triggered and could have lead to some serious issues while driving. Dan, one of the service techs, took the time to fit us in even though they were very busy. It was near closing so he made sure we had a booked hotel. He contacted their driver Kim who was nice enough to get us to the hotel. The next day they had checked everything and quickly sent Kim to pick us up. All was well and we were back on the road. More
