Finally a place that knows about Customer Service I bought a used Hyundai Tucson from a local used car dealer (Moses Lake-B.C.), and I have been screwed over by their Service Dept. so I wanted to take I bought a used Hyundai Tucson from a local used car dealer (Moses Lake-B.C.), and I have been screwed over by their Service Dept. so I wanted to take my car to an authorized Hyundai dealer to have it looked over. Robert was very personable and helpful, and made every step of the process painless. The counter staff even gave my boyfriend's dog a biscuit, which was so generous and openhearted of her. Since we were out of town, Robert helped us arrange for a rental car while the service was being done, and the staff at Enterprise was also very helpful and generous. At the end of the evaluation, Robert explained everything to me very clearly and fairly (like how I didn't need a certain replacement just yet, but maybe in a few months), and overall it was a very pleasant experience. It is nice to finally find a place that understands and knows how to take care of their customers, and not just gouge them for every little thing that they THINK needs to be done. Even though they are about 1.5 hrs away, I think it is worth it to bring my car back to Spokane Hyundai. More
