Poor response to making appointment My wife called the service department to have the mud guards installed that we ordered when we bought our new Tucson. She was told on two consecutive My wife called the service department to have the mud guards installed that we ordered when we bought our new Tucson. She was told on two consecutive days that they would get back with her to make the appointment. It didn't happen. My wife does not remember the name of the individuals she talked to. I texted Adam Price to look into the situation. It was after hours and he said he would check into it the following day. The service department got back with us the next day. The mud guards were installed the following day in a half hour. This is the first time I have experienced poor response when making an appointment from this department. I have owned several Hyundai models and have used this service department for years and have always been completely satisfied. I will be coming back in a week or so to have my roof rack installed. I hope to have a better experience. More

Great Customer Service I own a 2007 Hyundai Sante Fe that I bought new from this dealership when it was named Hallmark Hyundai. This dealership has done all of the maintena I own a 2007 Hyundai Sante Fe that I bought new from this dealership when it was named Hallmark Hyundai. This dealership has done all of the maintenance work on my Sante Fe. The vehicle has 130,000 miles on it and it runs great. The customer service is outstanding. I have utilized the free transport services in the past when dropping off my vehicle for the day. The entire maintenance operation is very courteous and professional.
