Oil changes Before my husband passed away in 2014 he had purchased 12 oil changes that I did not know about until I came in for oil change. I don't drive a lot so Before my husband passed away in 2014 he had purchased 12 oil changes that I did not know about until I came in for oil change. I don't drive a lot so have only used 3. When I came in 9/29 for oil change they said they expired but would honor 1 more. I know he would not have paid for so many if he had been told they had an expiration date. I am going elsewhere for future service needs. More

They swapped out my radiator for me and when the car started overheating i figured it was my thermostat since its common for them to go out after work They swapped out my radiator for me and when the car started overheating i figured it was my thermostat since its common for them to go out after work on the cooling system occurs. But it was a bad connection instead and they fixed it for free since no parts were needed. They kept their word on the guarantee their work provides. Just legitimately looking out for the customer every time. More
Another top notch service. I had a trunk lip rust problem on my 2015 Sonata. Alex Kern got it taken care of for me in a reasonable time. Engine replacement My 2011 Santa Fe engine had to be completely replaced under warranty. It took three (3) months for the service department to receive the short block My 2011 Santa Fe engine had to be completely replaced under warranty. It took three (3) months for the service department to receive the short block and parts to put it together. While assembling the new engine the service department discovered they were sent the wrong part for one of the two heads needed. It took another month to receive the correct head and it took only a couple days to finish assembling and get my car back together. I am happy with the way Robert Storseth and the service department handled the situation, keeping me informed and having a loaner car for my use for four (4) months and six (6) days. I am very disappointed with the Hyundai Corporation in that I feel it should never have to take over four months to replace anything. They should have a better inventory not at the local dealership but at the Corporation inventory department. After four months I got smart and called the headquarters consumer services and I don't know if that moved things along but I had my car soon after that call. I made sure that consumer services understood I was not unhappy with the service department or Robert, I was unhappy with the Hyundai Corporation. The local service department should not ever have to wait that long to get parts. More
