Just a dashboard rattle Dropped-off my car at 8:30 AM to have a dashboard rattle inspected. Sounded like it came from steering column area. I bought this car brand new on 5 Dropped-off my car at 8:30 AM to have a dashboard rattle inspected. Sounded like it came from steering column area. I bought this car brand new on 5/27/19, so I wanted to get this inspected. I parked it along the side and asked for a courtesy shuttle ride to the gym 1 mile a down the street. 2.5 hours later, I asked to be picked-up and driver arrived 30 min later. Got to the dealership and was asked to drive the car for them to see if they can find the rattle. The car was in the exact same spot and location I had left it, backed-in at a slight angle. I was told they drove it around and he wanted me to drive it to see if it was the same noise they heard. Pretty sure it wasn’t even driven! Seeing as this was going to take longer since nothing was done while I was gone, they dropped me off at my workplace. 3 hours later, diagnosis was wind noise coming from side view mirror, which disappeared when mirrors were tucked in (I tried this later that night and still had the same exact rattle noise I complained about). I removed my fuse box door and tapped the area around it and heard the rattle. The noise is under the dash board, for sure, NOT from “wind noise”. Complete waste of a day!!! More

Great shop to work with! My wife and I stopped in with scheduled service appointments to get both of our vehicles worked on. Dropped off both vehicles with an oil change on o My wife and I stopped in with scheduled service appointments to get both of our vehicles worked on. Dropped off both vehicles with an oil change on one and more work needed on the second one. First vehicle came back faster than expected and we were able to head off on the rest of our morning. Second vehicle was finished earlier than promised, so they called us up to let us know. We came back and the extra work looked great. They did a fantastic job of being clear and concise about everything that was needed and accomplished. The strongest point is the great shop staff that allowed us to come and go quickly while still giving us back both our vehicles before noon. After multiple very successful visits, we are extremely loyal to this service center. More
