Fastest Fix NA Lost power in my Veloster turbo the previous evening. Called in the morning to set up an appointment for service. This is a second time I had this iss Lost power in my Veloster turbo the previous evening. Called in the morning to set up an appointment for service. This is a second time I had this issue (overboost issue) so they looked through the last time I visited and just told me to bring it in. Had my car finished within the day. I would have expected a few days on the repairs especially since I essentially called them that morning at 930 and brought in the car 30 minutes later. No appointment, no scheduling anything, they just told me they would get to it as fast as possible. They paid for me to have a rental car to make it to school and work, and that night they called saying it was done. Very happy with how fast the work was finished. They also did all my 30K service work and oil change that I was due for in addition to fixing my power issues. Thoroughly happy. Thanks Josh, Robert and the rest of the crew. More

Successful Recall Work They're going through a remodel so it was difficult to figure out where I should enter the building - some signage would have been nice. I came in to get one recall fixed, but they found a second in the system and went ahead and took care of that one as well. I waited for my vehicle to be finished and it took probably an hour and a half for both jobs. At first, it felt like the mechanic was just trying to be helpful and give me information, then it seemed like he was trying to get more money out of me. When the work was completed, he mentioned that I would be getting a survey. He then said the only review that would help him would be to give him 100% across the board... It doesn't seem right to me that he should have tried to influence the survey outcome at all - let alone blatantly telling me to give him the best possible score. If there are more recalls needing to be done, I may continue here. Or. I will see if my local repair shop can handle them instead. More
