He was far and away more knowledgeable about the car, and about Chevy's in general and about the process. It was delightful and educational as well to work with him. He also gave me a quote that beat the other offers I'd been given, by more than I expected. What is more, the day after I drove my new Chevy Bolt home, he contacted me to ask how I was doing with it and to offer to meet with me to review how it works and answer any question I had. So I drove the distance down there and it was enormously helpful to be the passenger as he demonstrated the use of the car and the interface with it and addressed all the questions I had.
