Since that time the service has been outstanding and we have watched as all make and model cars--not just yours--and also not just new cars come to your service center! The amazing service was the #1 reason we came back. We checked out the Mazda3 and we were impressed. What impressed us most about all of your sales people but especially these guys was their thorough and complete knowledge of the vehicle. We did shop all makes and models. We had service and sales managers either lie to us or not know GM made a car with a turbo! Most did not know their cars but especially the ones they were selling. Quite sad for the industry. Here we had a wealth of information and the sales manager caring enough to take us back into the service department to find a blue car and show us exactly what that blue would look like! We had people in your IT department stay in touch with me for months as I sized up this new car--the Elantra GT! No one out there from any company--even other Hyundai dealers did that so by all means they deserve some credit here too. It was because of her that we saved you guys--the best for last.
