I knew I had shaky credit before going in, but DO NOT GUARANTEE WHAT YOU CAN'T BACK UP JUST TO GET ME TO WASTE TIME(1 1/2 hour)AND MONEY DRIVING TO YOUR DEALERSHIP!!! More

They manipulate the customer during the financing process by stating that the bank requires the customer to purchase a service contract($2,000.00) and Gap insurance($750.00) as well as issue a large down payment for the vehicle. The bank confirmed that all of the above is OPTIONAL and isn't necessary to secure financing. How these individuals can sleep at night is beyond me. This has been a HORRIBLE experience that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. More
