Went in to test drive a Hyundai Elantra and a Mazda 3. Hieu was very knowledgeable and courteous. After numerous visits to other dealerships, Sports Durst was the dealership we wish we had gone to from the beginning. We drove out and looked it over did the paperwork and got a fantastic interest rate to boot! Very laid back car buying experience and shout out to Dallas for introducing the world of bluetooth to us. We had done our homework and knew what car we wanted, with what features, and what we could expect to pay for it. Calvin took us on a test drive of the 2012 Elantra, and answered our questions. What he didn't know, he found out for us, which is a lot better than making stuff up. What was on the lot had more features than we wanted, or wanted to pay for, and Calvin and especially Terry worked with us to come up with a fair price. At no point did we feel pushed, sold-to, or fast-talked. Just folks talking about a car. Very friendly and easy-going. After we agreed on the details, we were handed over to Ken, with whom we handled all the paperwork. He was very courteous and businesslike. He offered us some other options, which we declined, and got it done. While we were with Ken, Calvin had taken the car to be detailed. We were introduced to Scott, who gave us the keys and manuals, and we all sat in the car while he and Calvin walked us through all of the features, in detail. We had been wary of the stereotypical Car Salesman, but everybody we worked with at Sport Durst was helpful and friendly, and answered our questions in a straightforward manner.
