This place has the heaviest-handed sales tactics - they do NOT have the customer's interests at all in mind. At the service department, they pad every inspection with unnecessary repairs, then CALL you at do NOT have the customer's interests at all in mind. He took the time to show us all of the options, had no issues with us wanting to see a number of different vehicles, and even measured the interiors for us to check for cargo space with various seats removed. Called them the day earlier, for a flat tire, got in the second morning, serviced in a timely manner, free shuttle to work back and forth. Took less than two hours to take two nails out of the tire.
