We had to replace our 1999 CR-V, after almost 13 years of depenable service. We started on Cars.com and got an idea of the price. We used our Sam's club membership to get a quote. when we got there both Ginny and Mario were off, but Chris took care of us very quickly. They honored the lower of 2 quotes we recieved from them. We had decided to upgrade to the SE model, and they just added the difference in the invoice. There were no extra charges, no ettras added to the car and sticker price, and none of the game of walking back and forth, to talk to the "manager" to approve the deal. We were done and out the door in 90 minutes. We have go back for the splash guards, but form the initial service we recieved, we don't expect any promblems. All in all very professional. I was able to walk out with my tags transfered, and a new registration on the same day. Great job! I would recommend theses guys to anyone. More
6PM. I drove off, and 5 minutes after leaving I had to turn around because the dashboard electric STILL wasn't functioning correctly. ALSO my salesperson was MIA after this problem arose. I know she had other clients to deal with but it took me sitting in the showroom visibly upset after waiting 2 hours the 2nd time I had to bring it back to get any help from sales/management. Pros: They gave me the option of taking a loaner car home and they would drive up my new car when it was fixed. Cons: It WAS the carbon canister which they mentioned when they called later the next week to say it was really fixed. I also don't like being told the car is fixed 3 times when that is not the case. Pros: The driver got it here in one piece and it was a quick exchange. More
After a lot of perusing the internet and calling and calling and calling. I finally found a vehicle that I wanted. The gentlemen at Sport Honda were great. I did have to wait a little initially for the associate that I was working with to get back from lunch when I showed up, but other staff members made sure to keep me comfortable and entertained while I waited. Even with financing options, she was very quick to calculate payments for all the options I suggested. How simple! Picked up the car today, and besides the finance manager rushing through the paperwork and really pulling hard to sell me on an extended warranty, the transaction could not have been more hassle-free. As for the actual dealership, it's incredibly small and is wedged between a whole bunch of other dealerships. There isn't much of a showroom (you really have to squeeze in between the cars and the desks)! More

After previous new car purchases, was dreading another car-buying experience. Instead, everything was upfront, low-key, and altogether unstressful. Got the car I was promised, at the (low) price) I was promised, plus much better financing than my own credit union would give me. Hope not to need another new car any time in the near future, but will definitely return to Sport Honda. More
This has to be the stupidest and most unfriendliest dealership I have ever been to. I am a repeat customer and they still treat you like crap. I went in for a oil change and service an the stupid girl their gave me this attitude like you couldn't imagine. This dealership had a deal going when I bought my first Honda their that if I get the service done, then the oil chain would be free. I loved it. So now that I just got a new Honda and took it in for an oil change and service she told me that since this is our first service, your oil change would be free. I told that in the past, I had gotten this deal where I would get a free oil change I I got the service done. She looked at me like I was a con artist and laughed and said " haha... Nice try... It's not gonna happen." I felt really disrespected for trying to find out why I wasn't getting the deal and I felt especially disrespected as I am a loyal sport honda customer that was being treated like trash. I'm not coming back here again. More
Evaluating the 1006 East-Hwy location in downtown Silver Spring. If I have a complex problem, this place has solved it on numerous occasions. I've taken the car to a couple small Mom-n-Pop places that usually don't work because they don't have experienced techs nor machines to properly diagnose the problem. You get what you pay for. They offer complimentary rides within their area. More

We are very happy with this place. We returned a number of times to test drive the CRV, and Van Rose was always willing to let us try it again and again. Van Rose did everything to help us, including getting us a great price on the car. We highly recommend him. We paid cash for the car, but still had to wait forever to get to the finance person (Joel Altman). However, we purchased on a very busy Saturday afternoon and just had to wait our turn. It was a very long wait, but once we got in the closing office everything went quickly. He did not give us a lot of hassle about buying extras, and we really appreciated that. A couple of weeks later, we were invited to a new car owner's workshop. This was extremely informative and enjoyable! By gosh, they even fed us!! We have not had our new car in for service yet, but we do not anticipate any trouble. Just go on in and ask for Van Rose. He'll take good care of you. More

I don't know what others are talking about. I guess He protected me from truly horrible dealerships like COLLEGE PARK HONDA! Don't EVER GO THERE!! See my other review on College Park Honda if you want the scoop on them. So I'm an Asian Female--worst criteria to buying a car since they underestimate you to think females don't know their cars. If only I knew better I would just work with Alex with all my car business dealings. From the moment I stepped into the dealership no one tried to approach me to try to earn my business. I had no wait. Alex took all the time to work with me & no rush. The people at the dealership respected me and I only worked with Alex. Alex will tell you the face value. What he said over email is basically what I got when I met him. He will save you time & money by not playing games and from the gecko only provided the BEST value there is. SO good that other dealers could not beat and would tell me I should just go to Alex. Alex knows his deals are excellent and yet gives it to you!! Alex is honest and straight to the point. I'm a new yorker and I don't trust people so to say you can Trust Alex should say plenty!! His so good that other dealers who know him are actually good friends with him and can vouch for his honesty, integrity and fairness. Jason Weddington from Jim Coleman can tell you that for sure. Jason was also nice, providing me some advice and warning me about other business and what to look out for. You've met a rare jewel once you work w/ Alex! I guarantee it! Don't waste your time on anyone else--going to Alex will save you time. Listen to HIM (He continues to tell me that as he continues to be right!). His patient and will tolerate every question you throw at him since he did mine--even the silly ones!! More
