I knew when I needed new tires right before the 4th of July, I was going to have a hard time getting it taken care of. This dealership was taken over (bought out/rebranded) from a dealership where I purchased my car and had service done there for 22yrs. (Cory Fairbanks Mazda was bought out unfortunately years ago, CF was from a dealership where I purchased my car and had service done there for 22yrs. (Cory Fairbanks Mazda was bought out unfortunately years ago, CF was much better) And after recent service ordeal I don't want to go back, or have anything to do with other dealerships under this mega dealer owner's umbrella. You can't just have 1 service request, they sell you packages for groups of services you may not need for the cost involved. Just a way to get more money out of the customer. The service writer I had DID work with me on this issue. And 1 request I had, the service writer didn't write down and it wasn't done....guess he couldn't find the "package of fixed services" to run up the bill to write it down. (it should have been a no-cost courtesy item) (since I've had a long history with them (well, not this dealership, (they don't care about loyal customers...who does now days? with any business). More
