Friendly Staff, Clean dealership. Arrived at 12:35 for a 1:00 appointment, car was finished around 3:20. This was for normal service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. almost 3 hours waiting is a little extreme in my opinion. The text/email sent with billing information was very confusing. I received an email invoice for over $285 when in fact, my final total was under $100. The waiting room is just so, so, nothing special. Most of the chairs are in long need of replacement. Worn and torn. They need to provide some machines for refreshments like sodas, etc. Complimentary water, coffee and popcorn were available. Overall, a good experience with a few minor issues. More
