I had a very good experience purchasing my Mazda from this dealership. I came for my first oil change and if it didn't take so long I would come back but 5 hours of my day isn't worth it. Sorry. This 5 h this dealership. I came for my first oil change and if it didn't take so long I would come back but 5 hours of my day isn't worth it. Sorry. This 5 hrs included 3 hours at the dealership and 2 hrs round trip drive time. If I didn't go and ask for a status at the 3hr mark I think I would have been sitting there longer. I'm sure the work they did was fantastic. I did like the inspection video I received partly through the wait time. More
