My experience was with the service dept. Jay Diaz is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very helpful. I was also impressed with how they tell you what's wrong with your car and the Jay Diaz is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very helpful. I was also impressed with how they tell you what's wrong with your car and the cost. They send you a video showing you the issues with your car, including explanations by the mechanic. In addition, they send you an itemized list, with specific cost, of what needs to be repaired. You then select only what you want done. There's no pressure. More
