You have one bench to sit on in the service drive. Maybe two to three more. When going up to the showroom, no sales person asked if I need assistance. I would maybe recommend them.For 15000 miles I have I would maybe recommend them. For 15000 miles I have taken my CX5 in complaining about it not running right and for 15000 miles they have circumvente I would maybe recommend them. For 15000 miles I have taken my CX5 in complaining about it not running right and for 15000 miles they have circumvented the problem but still charged me over $600 in the process. This time, I pleaded for help and in the process looked for another car which the salesman let the service department know. The salesman asked when I planned to buy and I told him it was contingent on if the service department was going to help me if I would buy from them at all..... That seemed to motivate the service department as they took the time to resolve the issue unlike the other times. They still could not find the problem but at least made the effort this time and didn't find something else to charge me for. I will credit Angel in the check-in and the Service Manager for their effort this time although the effort was not there before the past 15000 miles. More
