Outstanding service So not just outstanding service but CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t get me wrong, everyone is great from Jan always so pleasant on the phone, Vice (my salesme So not just outstanding service but CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t get me wrong, everyone is great from Jan always so pleasant on the phone, Vice (my salesmen) always acknowledges me when I come in, and Ashley but my man JAY in service....... he is ALWAYS on point, updates me about everything if there is a delay, more work or even to let me know the car is ready even though I get the text that the car is ready communication is key and he is the locksmith!!!!!!! Great job guys!!! More
Good Service: Brian is excellent. Service Dept was excellent w/Brian Celso leading the way. Farris Vice also showed me some new Mazdas. Very professional. The coffee is HORRIBLE! Worst experience I came in for standard service, windshield wiper motor recall, touch screen issue, sluggish start, and air conditioning temperature control knob issue I came in for standard service, windshield wiper motor recall, touch screen issue, sluggish start, and air conditioning temperature control knob issue. No problem with the oil change or wiper motor recall. Report card indicated battery in the yellow but they never said anything about it. 3 days later, my car was in my garage and would not start. I called and of course service was closed. I was told they could send roadside assistance but what good is that going to do. Are they going to follow me around and jump start my car every time I stop? I was told they had to order the touch screen and a/c control arm. I told them to order the touch screen and I would let them know the next day about the a/c. I did call and asked them to order the parts. This call was on Thursday and when I called on Monday regarding the battery issue, I was told the parts would be in the next day and they would call to schedule. It is 8 days later and still have not heard anything. Back to the battery issue, the original battery was replaced in 4/2018 so now being 9/2018, seems strange. My husband could not leave me stranded so he bought a new battery and when he took the tie down off, it was covered in corrosion and the top of the battery was cracked. No wonder the battery was bad. I can assure you that this dealer is the only one that has ever worked on my car and for them to say everything was checked, then discover the condition of the battery, I will never recommend them for service nor will I ever buy another Mazda. Still waiting on the touch screen and a/c control to be fixed. More
