Jasmine was amazing from the start; she treated us with respect and took the time to listen to our wants and needs. Unlike the Mitsubishi dealership in Melbourne (Bonnie Hiers), he didn’t lie and checked our credit with multiple places. The only negative experience we had was during the final sit-down with Jon. He was hostile towards my daughter for not wanting additional features. When we addressed our concerns, he dismissed them, suggesting that she was overreacting or too emotional. This made us extremely uncomfortable, and if it hadn’t been for the great experience we had with Jasmine, we would have walked away.
