In my opinion, the seller lacked more commitment to make the sale of the car happen for me. I think the seller made the sale without interest since he commented to me that he had already closed his goal fo the sale of the car happen for me. His attitude was pitiful, after he sold it, he didn't care about doing the after-sales service, which in my opinion builds customer loyalty in the store. I also informed the seller that I have olym credit approved by my bank and that I would like to buy another car for my son with him and he didn't even call me to return there.
