The staff are friendly and the work seems to be done well, but I was there for almost 3 hours just for an oil change, tire rotation and wash. The employee I dealt with informed me that they were short s well, but I was there for almost 3 hours just for an oil change, tire rotation and wash. The employee I dealt with informed me that they were short staffed that day, but all I wanted was to know that ahead of time, as my time is valuable. I had a scheduled appointment, and I was there over an hour and a half before they even started my oil change. More

I had a great experience today at the service center at sports Mitsubishi. George was very attentive to my needs. Explains all the work that was going to be done and kept me informed about any changes or t sports Mitsubishi. George was very attentive to my needs. Explains all the work that was going to be done and kept me informed about any changes or time frames. The mechanic was great as well. He explained some additional work that needed to be done, and was very informative. I don’t remember his name but one of the other front service people took the time to put some cartoons on for my six year old son, which was very kind. This is the fourth time I’ve used them to service my vehicle, first time leaving a review, but each experience has been great! More
