My service advisor wasn’t that great at communicating what was going on with my vehicle. Just saying we are working on it which doesn’t give me any insight on if it’s being looked at or been diagnosed or what was going on with my vehicle. Called him several times and never got a call back. Just got a text with a video that made it seem like the car was fixed after they closed. So I was so confused. Finally called on his day off and was told immediately what was wrong and it would be ready in an hour. Went to pick up my car and there was dirt all over the inside of the car. The ignition cover fell off in my hand. The technician admitted he broke it and would then order me a new one. Found another piece of the car in my cup holder I put back where it belonged. Both headlights didn’t work the next morning so I took it back on Friday. They tightened back up the wiring. Just a little frustrated with the lack of communication and cleanliness of the vehicle when I got it back. Jay and Natalie were a huge help with everything I needed on the day my advisor was off.
