2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport This is the first time going to a dealer and not feeling pressured at all! My husband and I loved the fact that our privacy was respected at all times This is the first time going to a dealer and not feeling pressured at all! My husband and I loved the fact that our privacy was respected at all times. David, Alejandra, and Orlando all stepped away the 2 times we asked for privacy to discuss matters as a couple. The patience all the team had with us was amazing. When we changed our mind on the style of car we wanted, we were never questioned. When we asked that we be called when all the final numbers were figured out, Orlando agreed and did not pressure us to make up our mind on the spot. That extra time was just what we needed as my normal tendency is to sit down and talk things over with my spouse to make the final decision. So, by the time we were called back we were ready to purchase. I'm convinced you have a mic set up under the desk because the team got me the exact car in color and specs that I had been wanting for a long time. Maybe the mic is just my imagination but it doesn't matter because we love our car and this experience has been a breeze. Jon Frisby was so pleasent at the signing of papers. He actually smiled not like other financial people that are arrogant. Oh and since we bought the car at night we didn't see scratches until the next day. All was ok because I brought it back in and they quickly took it to buff it all out. Why had we never come to this dealer before?! Thank so much for everything! More
