I waited for almost 3 hours just to have the oil of my car changed and when I get back home, I noticed the oil is leaking. Isn't changing oil the most basic thing in car service? Why can't you make it right? And you boast of your extremely knowledgeable technicians? I lost substantial remuneration at work as a result because of what you have done to my car as I had to call out of work. You did not respect my time at all, and honestly, you need more lectures on customer service. I will definitely NOT recommend this dealership to all of my colleagues in the healthcare. More

In my opinion, the seller lacked more commitment to make the sale of the car happen for me. I think the seller made the sale without interest since he commented to me that he had already closed his goal fo the sale of the car happen for me. I think the seller made the sale without interest since he commented to me that he had already closed his goal for that month. he also asked me to return to the store the next day to give me the instructions on what the car offered, I went back to the store as we agreed and the seller was on the day off, not even letting me know that he would not be in the store that day which he himself asked me to return. he ended up sending me a link to see the video myself and understand what the car offers me. His attitude was pitiful, after he sold it, he didn't care about doing the after-sales service, which in my opinion builds customer loyalty in the store. I also informed the seller that I have olym credit approved by my bank and that I would like to buy another car for my son with him and he didn't even call me to return there. My feeling as a customer was that I was buying a car alone. More
