I came in for an in-tread tire patch on my 2020 Ascent. After an hour, I was sent a video by the tech that the patch was not holding and I needed a new tire. I was then approached by the service advisor with a quote for $968 on my two-year old vehicle with less than 30,000 miles. I asked them to just put the spare on for me and I would take the vehicle to a tire store for help. My tire is patched, successfully. This is the first negative experience I have had with this service center. I purchased my Ascent through this dealership primarily because I had been so impressed with the service center for my Legacy. I can only assume this a poor attempt at upselling me, which has not been characteristic of this location in my previous experiences. I am not sure that we'll be back at this point. More

I put down a deposit on a Subaru Legacy Touring XT before they were released. When they came out, there were only 2 in the state of Florida and neither was available.
