I bought a used vehicle for 17,000$ Feb 24. It had 55,000 miles on it and had gone through their “inspection”. 34 days later the vehicle suffered catastrophic engine failure. I haven’t even paid my first monthly payment for the vehicle yet. Despite assurances when buying the vehicle that this is a “family owned and operated” dealership that “cares about their customers “ they offered nothing to help the situation. Their solution was to try and trick me into a brand new vehicle that is double my budget, to gaslight me into believing that my used car had “high miles” and I accepted a risk of failure with such high miles, and to shame me for not being able to afford a brand new vehicle. I would avoid this dealership, and all those connected to it, at all costs. More
Service was done (battery replaced) on 11-20-2025. One week later, the car once again had a dead battery and could not start. After a brief check, I found that I had accidentally left one of the interior dome lights in the "ON" position. No doubt this is what had caused the battery to drain on 11-20. Went for the 24k service (2024 Outback Touring XT). At checkout, they tried to charge a service fee that was not mentioned at the beginning.
