took 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Initial greeting was "go sit in waiting room" What really upset me was they recommended changing rear wiper blade. They have high-quality cars at this dealership but the price along with the fees was a little too high for a truck with over 180,000 miles on it. I bought a 2005 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner (NOT 4 Wheel Drive) to clarify for over $14,000. The sales guy Ken did an excellent job and was quick to answer all of my questions upon arriving here. Ken even send me detailed videos of the car specifically made for me before I drove out here. However, the sales manager upped the price even though we had already had an agreement for $13,500 for the final price with fees included. Please keep in mind they do an in-depth safety inspection on the car before it drives off the lot. I would give this place 5 stars if the price was just a little lower. But overall I’m happy and the car is in great condition More
