The most professional group of dealer representatives that I worked with during my car buying experience. I have been researching vehicles for several weeks and looked at Kia, Nissan, Ford and Subaru. that I worked with during my car buying experience. I live 103 miles from Sport Subaru South and there is a lot of dealerships within that distance, but the representatives at SSS were the most professional and Knowledgeable, especially Ariel Cruz my Sales Consultant, by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the sales people that I met during my car buying experience. He kept me informed of every step of the process. Most of all it was his product knowledge that impressed me. The first thing he did was listen to me to understand my needs and wants, that was impressive. David Santiago, Finance Manager and Darlene Deming, ASM were just as professional. The staff at SSS made this a non-stressful experience and I would Highly recommend Sport Subaru South to anyone. More

Great experience overall. Found a car online, drove 5 1/2 hours to check it out/purchase. Ken was very helpful through the whole process, sent detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle before I made the dr hours to check it out/purchase. Ken was very helpful through the whole process, sent detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle before I made the drive down, answered any questions I had, made quick work of all the paperwork, handled most of the purchase through calls/texts, even helped me out getting my rental car returned. Let’s start with our salesperson Kyle Whitten, he took care of all the paperwork, presented the deal in a fair and professional manner. Edwin Acevedo and Charles Gehris Sales Managers went over all the figures and made sure that the car was what we were looking for. Josh Snell the General Manager went out of his way to make sure that we were well taken care of. Moving on to Financing Eli Alicea had all the paperwork ready and moved all our extended warranty services rebates over to the new car. Next, we were again introduced to our Service Team. I have primarily used Darlene Damming’s for the past couple of years. She has always made sure that any issues I had were properly addressed and taken care of. Every time I got my cars back from service, they were all clean and pristine with a thank you card set on the steering column. If she was not there, Natalie Deonath and Richard Andreala stepped in and provided the same outstanding service. Oh yes and let’s not forget Monte McMillan the Service Manager, he runs the service department and oversees this top-notch team. Every time I come in, he always makes it a point to come out of his office and say Hi and make sure that I am being well taken care of. Now this post may sound a bit over the top but let me assure you, it is far from that. If in doubt re-read the first sentence of this post. If you are in the Central Florida Area or for that matter anywhere in the State, you owe it to yourself to check out this dealership. Don’t take my word for it be your own judge and I can say without hesitation that you will come away feeling the same as me. More
