Great job by the whole crew. Mike and Pablo took good care of the job, and I know there were others involved. A "simple" audio amplifier replacement became a big deal because of a faulty replacement par care of the job, and I know there were others involved. A "simple" audio amplifier replacement became a big deal because of a faulty replacement part. Spent six hours there while they went through the diagnostic process, then four days in a loaner until it was done. Everything works great now. A bummer when a factory replacement part is bad to begin with. More
