The first negative was the overly complex telephone answering and routing system. It is hard to reach the department or person you need speak with...until you get their direct number. The second negative is that you couldn't find our car for a day-and-a-half after a tow truck delivered it. The third negative was letting USAA establish an estimate before you had assessed all the probable damages. The fourth negative is that you were evidently never able to establish communication with USAA except for the overly anxious estimator. On the positive side; once I got Darlene's direct number and she became personally involved, the fix and schedule went pretty smoothly. Picking up the car and paying for the repairs went very smoothly. More
