Mike was super nice and answered any and all questions I had. Furthermore, Darlene greeted me as soon as I walked in and let me know someone would be with me shortly, even though she wasn't helping me out t had. I like that the coffee bar and such are still open during COVID - I think it's totally okay to allow this and am happy to see a sense of normalcy here. The service team confirmed the issue I was concerned about with my car and gave me a solution and was upfront about the expected cost. I appreciate all the honesty and friendliness this dealership provides. I am happy that this will be my regular service dealership. More

Purchased a new Outback with Pedro Blanco as Salesman. All of the negotiation and selection process happend via phone and internet. Pedro was very professional and responsive. He kept us posted on the location of our vehicle as it was shipped by train and truck from factory to Dealership. We arrived at the Dealer the day after the Outback arrived. The car was in flawless condition and ready to go when we got there. The Outback was equipped exactly as agreed. We were quite comfortable working with Pedro. There were no pressure tactics or last minute changes to our agreement. I would reccomend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Angie Quionnes was our finance person. Also very pleasant to work with. And the sales price was exactly the same as the quote we received. Pedro, Athur Glass, and Angie all get a thumbs-up for making this a comfortable and pleasant buying experience. More
